AA Mirgin Gran Reserva
Manual harvesting of organic grapes and made in small boxes, looking for the optimum point of maturation for each of the varieties in order to obtain a base wine with freshness capable of aging nobly. Strict white vinification. After a light pressing to extract the must flower, it ferments separately for each of the varieties. With rigorous follow-up of the traditional method of elaboration and with a minimum of 30 months of ageing, it is put on sale with the date of disgorgement on the label.
Sight: fine bubble and pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. Nose: aromas of white fruit with delicate notes of citrus and green almonds. Palate: light and fresh on the palate, clear reminder of the aromas of white fruit. Fruit of aging on lees, we perceive notes of pastry, a well integrated bubble and a delicate aftertaste.
