Pradorey "El Mirón" (antiguo Roble)
Aging on its own lees accompanied by a careful micro-oxygenation. It remains 3 months in European and American oak barrels. After the clarification and tartaric stabilization processes, the wine is bottled, maturing 2 months in the bottle before being released.
Color: Purple red with Nazarene borders.
Nose: Fresh notes of red and black fruits, such as blackberries and cherries, and balsamic vanilla notes.
Palate: Balanced, with soft and pleasant tannin. Round and oily wine. Interesting blend of spicy touches with berries in the aftertaste.
Pairing: Spicy and marinated cold cuts: chorizo, ham and Iberian pork loi. Sautéed or grilled mushrooms, pizzas and meat patties, mild cheeses
