Hand-harvested bunch by bunch, fermented with its own natural yeast and aged for 9 months in french and american oak barrels with 6 months extra in bottle.
Color: It is a wine of intense ruby colour.
Nose: Aromas of red and black fruits candied with hints of liquorice, cloves and dry toasted fruits.
Palate: Body in the mouth, balanced and delicate with a persistent finish.
