Dehesa del Carrizal Syrah
Fermented in concrete and malolactic tanks in new French oak barrels. A year in the French oak barrels and 18 months in bottle before going out into the world.
Color: Incredible cherry red colour with purple edges.
Nose: It is very intense and gives us a mixture of ripe jam, black olive and toasted notes.
Palate: It fills the whole mouth and is sweet and tasty, but in spite of how intense it arrives well polished at the end of the tasting.
