Entrelobos
Made with grapes of the Tinto Fino variety from selected vineyards on different plots in the municipality of La Horra (Burgos county) planted between 1991 and 1994. The yields are limited to 3000 kg per hectare and the clonal selection produces small bunches that are ideal for making very high quality wines. Following a rigorously controlled ripening process, the grapes are all hand-picked during the second half of October, guaranteeing grapes in perfect health. Following destemming and gentle pressing the grapes are fermented at 25ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Color: Dark cherry colour.
Nose: A very expressive wine with a lively bouquet and great aromatic potential; intense black berries mixed with subtle toasted notes.
Palate: Strong, structured, very meaty, with a good acidity that gives it freshness and augurs an excellent evolution in the bottle.
