Celler Credo Miranius Blanco

Miranius white wine comes exclusively from our own vineyards located in the Alt Penedès region (Barcelona) and grown according to the principles of organic and biodynamic farming. The vineyards are worked while growing a spontaneous vegetation cover, very important to sponge the soil and regulate the retention and drainage of water in a rainfed crop like the one we practice. This plant carpet is essential to promote biodiversity and balance in the vineyard's ecosystem. We also apply treatments with medicinal plants (phytotherapy) to control the presence of fungi and reinforce the strains in a completely natural way. The grape harvest is always carried out by hand to guarantee the excellent quality of the bunches.

Color: Straw yellow. Clean and bright.

Nose: Fresh and intense with aromas of white fruit combined with herbal and mineral notes.

On the palate: Fresh, light and balanced. Of unctuous and fruity step. Very good acidity Long and persistent finish.
