Celler Credo Aloers

The white wine Aloers comes exclusively from our own vineyards located in the Alt Penedès region (Barcelona) and grown according to the principles of organic and biodynamic farming. The vineyards are worked while growing a spontaneous vegetation cover, very important to sponge the soil and regulate the retention and drainage of water in a rainfed crop like the one we practice. This plant carpet is essential to promote biodiversity and balance in the vineyard's ecosystem. We also apply treatments with medicinal plants (phytotherapy) to control the presence of fungi and reinforce the strains in a completely natural way. The harvest at Celler Credo is always carried out by hand to guarantee the excellent quality of the bunches.

Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections.

Nose: Great intensity, with primary aromas of citrus fruits mixed with herbal touches and minerals. Certain background salinity.

On the palate: Fresh and pleasant entry. Creamy and unctuous passage of citrus and herbaceous flavors. Good acidity Elegant and structured.
