AA Etiris PB

White wine made from organic grapes from the Pansa Blanca variety (otherwise known as Xarel·lo). The grapes are harvested in healthy conditions, making it possible to have a short maceration at a very low temperature in order to obtain a good extraction of flavours. The grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the first pressing must, which then is fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperature.

Color: Pale yellow with green hues. Nose: Intense with floral aromas, white fruits (pear and apple) and green almonds. Palate: It is characterized by a voluminous entrance, with a fresh palate and a good persistence that makes it a sweet tooth wine.
