Campo Eliseo Cuvee Alegre Tinto
Encubed by gravity in small volume deposits (from 40 to 80 hectolitres) of both stainless steel and ant. Prefermentative maceration in cold from 5 to 7 days. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, frequent pumping over and gentle bazookation throughout fermentation. Malolactic, one part in concrete and the other in French oak barrels of 225 and 600 liters. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Color: Ripe cherry color and medium-high layer.
Nose: It is expressive and reveals memories of ripe red fruits accompanied by light spicy notes of a well integrated wood.
Palate: In the mouth, it is of medium intensity, balanced and smooth. The fruit becomes very ripe. Polished tannins.
