Mocén Verdejo Selección Especial
Starting from strictly selected grapes, the must is extracted in hydraulic presses. Fermentation is controlled by cold. The wine is filtered and cold stabilized.
Color: Golden yellow of medium intensity with some greenish reflections.
Nose: It is very broad, with intense aromas of the Verdejo variety that composes it, hay and ripe tropical fruit.
Palate: Fresh, fruity, unctuous, broad, consistent, rounded, balanced. Very easy to drink.
