Mocén Sauvignon Blanc
Harvested in the second week of September in our vineyards in the Valverde estate. Fermentation controlled at a low temperature. The wine is filtered and colour stabilised.
Color: Brillant pale straw yellow colour.
Nose: Very intense on the nose with pleasant aromas, fruits, mango, pineapple, guava, passion fruit.
Palate: In the mouth it is big, smooth, persistent, a very balanced wine with big retro-nasal aromas.
