Fermented in American and French oak barrels of one, two and three years. Aged for 6 months in barrels, with bâtonage, and the rest in deposit.
Color: Intense yellow almost golden.
Nose: Intense nose of ripe fruit, frosted, with citrus touches and details of toasted bread and lees, reminiscent of its discreet aging. Dry young white, broad, fresh.
Palate: Full flavours of fruit and aromatic herbs, which travel the way of this wine towards an endless end. Long journey of maturity in balance with his initial youth.
