Can Rich Blanco

The vines are carried in trellis and cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. In Can Rich the harvest is carried out during the month of August, harvesting is done manually followed by a quick transport of the grapes to the winery to avoid possible oxidation. After a soft pressing of the grapes, a flower must is obtained, which is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Color: Bright gold.

Nose: Acacia flower and fresh honey. Good volume and sweet and alive feeling.

In the mouth: Its persistence and silky exuberance shine in the mouth. with intense exotic flavors.
