Can Rich Ereso

The vines are cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. Can Rich has a farm called Can Llaudis in the Ses Salines Natural Park, to the south of the island. There we cultivated 6 hectares of Malvasía vineyard, which was harvested by hand at the beginning of August. After a gentle pressing of the grapes, a flower must is obtained, which is fermented in new French oak barrels. It is made in French oak barrels for three months, and a minimum of three months in bottle.

Color: Intense gold colour with dense tears. 

Nose: Ereso needs calm to reveal yellow peach and apricot flavours which combine with its buttery hints.

Palate: Sweet velvety and unctuous gives silky sensation upon the palate. It lends persistence and density to its final perception.
