Can Rich Dulce de Licor

The vines are carried in trellis and cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. In Can Rich the harvest is carried out during the month of August, harvesting is done manually followed by a quick transport of the grapes to the winery to avoid possible oxidation. After a gentle pressing of the grapes, a flower must is obtained, which is cut off the fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The ageing is carried out in French oak barrels "Alier".

Color: Pale golden. 

Nose: Peach and apricots hints. Sweet honey and some citrusy. 

Palate: Light. Sweet and fruity. Good acidity and balance. Very fresh.
