Txomin Etxaniz Txakolí

Txomin Etxaniz is made from the native varieties Hondarribi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza. The grapes come from vineyards that are trellised and sloping. For the production of Txomin Etxaniz, a late harvest is carried out in 20kg boxes at the end of September. Once in the cellar, the must ferments at a controlled temperature and is kept with its lees until bottling.

Sight: straw yellow with lemon hues. Nose: ripe white fruits with mineral notes. Palate: Fresh and fruity on the palate, with a light carbonic characteristic of txakolí.
