Gassier Rosado

Mechanical harvests at down. Direct pressing, settling, and low fermentation temperature.

Eye: Clear rosé with peach shades. Nose: A great aromatic complexity on floral aromas (yellow flower, acacia, white, hawthorn). White fruits (wildpear, grapevine) and exotic fruits aromas (banana, Pisang, Lilin). Spices scents (cumin, nutmeg). Palate: This wine is round, sweet and suave, full of white fruits and spices). The final is all sweetness and vivacity.
