Can Rich Espumoso Rosado

The red grape plots are located northwest of the island, on our Can Rich estate, surrounding the winery. The vines are cultivated following the regulations of the Balearic Council of Organic Agricultural Production. In Can Rich the harvest is carried out in September, harvesting is done manually followed by a quick transport of the grapes to the winery to avoid possible oxidation.

Color: Pale salmon.

Nose: A sparkling fresh with very Mediterranean expression. Notes of jam currant, figs and sage confer its subtle aroma.

Palate: Its structure and acidity are important perceiving its purity Brut Nature marking our palate with island salinity at the end of the mouth.
