AA Parvus Rosado

Organic rosé wine made from Syrah grapes, selected and harvested exclusively for the production of rosé wine. After a cold maceration to obtain the desired colour, the grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the free-run juice, which is fermented in tanks at low temperatures.

Appearance: Cherry-coloured wine.

Nose: High aromatic intensity with fruity aromas of raspberries and floral notes of violet (very varietal).

Palate: Elegant entry, where we remember the aromas of red fruits. Fruity, fresh and very balanced on the palate with a long and persistent aftertaste.
