Winemaking process: Pressed in vertical press and fermented in new French oak barrels.
Aging: 8 months in new French barrels, with periodic movements in the same barrels.
Color: Clean and shiny, with a high golden layer, dense and with abundant tears.
Nose: Fresh and complex nose, medium-high intensity, appealing aroma of crisp ripe fruit, accompanied with floral notes. Dry fruits, well integrated fine oak, Hints of spice. that highligth the freshnesh and clarity.
Palate: Unctuous in the mouth, with good structure and a balanced acidity level with wrapping tannins, lending very good freshness. Pleasant astringent finish in the Verdejo variety. Lingers in the mouth , with a very fruity aftertaste. A substantial wine with a deep, enduring finish.
