Cune Finca Vallejo

Finca Vallejo Crianza is made with grapes from selected vineyards located at an altitude of 800 m above sea level on clay-limestone and sandy loam soils, located in the town of Villalba de Duero, Burgos. Harvested by hand. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are carried out in stainless steel tanks. Once these processes are completed, the wine is transferred to American and French oak barrels where it will spend 12 months acquiring balance and complexity. Good balance of wood and fruit due to its long aging in barrels providing spicy, toasted and balsamic aromas.

Color: Purple red, cherry.

Nose: Attractive and intense aroma of berries and black licorice.

Mouth: With a soft entry and a step by a pleasant tannin the wine takes us to a long and persistent aftertaste at the same time that savoury.
