Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru "Les Folatieres"

In central Côte de Beaune lies an area dedicated to the production of great white wines, of which Puligny-Montrachet is, without contest, one of the most glorious examples. The soil is made of clay and pebbled limestone, which drains well and warms up quickly.

Bright golden yellow colour with light hints of green. Very intense nose with floral and exotic fruits notes. In the palate, the attack is sleek and shiny. The wine is very concentrated. The final is extremely pure, elegant and well balanced.
