Los Cantos

Wine from different moments of the 2016 harvest. Maceration for 10 days. Fermented with the own yeasts of the harvest and of the grape. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 16 months in 225-litre French and American oak barrels.

Wine of intense purple tone with a medium-high layer. On the nose it is frank, with floral and red fruit notes. These aromas are accompanied by spicy touches. In the mouth it is broad, silky and balanced, with a tanninopolished and a persistent finish. Saline sensations and depth given by the presence of the grape and the vineyard in the wine, due to the respect of its nature in the field and in the elaboration.
