Mediterranean mountain vineyard at an altitude of 900 metres. Farm in Calvestra (Requena). Merseguera inserted in old Bobal vines. Vineyards in limestone soil with a sandy-silted texture. Conduction in glass in strict dry with tillage. Manual harvest in boxes of 15kg. Table for selection of bunches, destemming and light crushing. Fermentation in 225 litre cask with autochthonous yeast. Aging of 11 months on fine lees in Bordeaux barrel of 225 liters of acacia.
