Nuits-Saint-Georges

South of the Côte de Nuits, the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges has 300 ha of red wine vineyards, of which 140 are classified as Premiers Crus. Only wines produced in the villages of Nuits-Saint-Georges and Premeaux-Prissey are allowed to have the Nuits-Saint-Georges AOC. Soils are mainly composed of marl and limestone.

The color is bright garnet with a beautiful presentation. A nose of ripe fruits: black fruit, wild berries, elderberries and black cherry. The palate is dense with length and a nice sweetness, giving this wine a smooth and gourmet character. As in the nose, the elegant aromatics are mainly expressed by notes of black fruit and ripe cherries.
