Campo Eliseo Cuvée Alegre
It is a verdejo from vineyards in La Seca between 25 and 30 years old, about 40 hectares in length, stony soils and a height of 600m. The grapes are harvested by hand, and go through several fermentation processes, part by stainless steel, part by French barrel 225 liters, part by concrete tanks with ovoid shape and part in new demi-muids of 600 liters, fermenting in the underground cellar, with an aging of 4 months before final assembly.
It has a very pale yellow colour, steely edges and some greenish sparkle. Friendly and interesting nose, tropical notes such as pineapple or quince embrace soft memories of the barrel, fresh and very elegant. Powerful entry, delicious acidity, lime, very long, with a final bitter aftertaste that catches (Rafa Tobar).
