Billecart-Salmon Le Clos Saint-Hilaire 1999 is a unique champagne named after the patron saint of Mareuil-sur-Ay. The hectare of vineyard from which the Pinot Noir grapes are harvested has always belonged to the family and meets the strictest standards. It is a single, continuous and enclosed plot, with a complete vinification facility. Its vines, planted and pampered since 1964, have developed all the qualities to be the best Cru. The magic of the land, complemented by human skill, has produced an exceptionally pure champagne.

Aromatic complexity combined with surprising freshness. It can be drunk beautifully in 20 years. Limited number of bottles for each vintage, between 3,500 and 7,500. Individually numbered bottles. Reserved for those very special moments.
