Natural" organic white wine made from the Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo) grape variety. The grapes are harvested by hand in an extraordinary state of health. After a light pressing to obtain the free-run juice, spontaneous fermentation takes place in Sauló amphorae together with the grape skins. We seek to enhance the "terroir" character. The shape of the amphorae allows the lees to move freely, ideal for enjoying a "natural bâtonnage", and no sulphites or other products are added throughout the production process.

Appearance - Amber colour with golden highlights (orange colour which has changed to amber with ageing). Nose - Consistent and powerful, characteristic of fermentation with the skin - notes of fennel and citrus (tangerine peel). Palate - Voluminous and tasty entry. Saline notes, well marked acidity and long aftertaste, balanced and very fresh.
