Alta Plata Sauvignon Blanc

Harvested in the second week of September from our vineyards on the Valverde estate. Controlled fermentation at low temperature. The wine is filtered and cold stabilised.

Bright pale straw yellow colour. Very intense nose with pleasant aromas reminiscent of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, guava, passion fruit. In the mouth it is ample, smooth, persistent, a very balanced wine, with ample retronasal aromas. Especially recommended for appetizers, fish and seafood.
