Blanc d'Amfora

Organic wine made from grapes grown on the Finca Can Llaudis estate. Aged for 6 months in amphorae.

Pale yellow colour with green reflections, showing tears of medium density. Its first impression on the nose is very perfumed and floral (almond blossom, acacias and geranium blossom), after oxygenation in the glass it shows its fruitier side with notes of mango, litchies and above all passion fruit. In the mouth it has good acidity, ripe fruit flavours such as peach and citrus. In retronasal it presents vegetal notes with bitter touches that will facilitate pairings with carpaccios, white meats with mushrooms of intense flavour or rock fish.
