Natural stabilisation before bottling without aggressive filtration. Bottled 18 months after harvest. 12 months in 225 litre barrels.
"First, the terroir". Clean and bright to the eye, with a cherry red colour and garnet tones on the rim. Medium-high depth. The nose is intense and complex. Reminiscences of ripe red and black fruit, liquorice, together with hints of its barrel ageing, spices and balsamic notes. Tasty and unctuous on the palate. Perfect harmony between acidity and alcohol. Fresh and pleasant on the palate, thanks to its ripe and soft tannins that are pleasant and provide a structure that gives it length and life for current consumption and for the next 3-4 years. Long finish, aftertaste of ripe fruit and smoky and spicy aftertaste.
