Gipsy 1927

Homogenised neutral grain alcohol with 6 distillations, deionised, decolourised and decalcified water. Distillation method: London Dry Gin. Botanicals: juniper berries, orange, lemon and lime peel, coriander, angelica root, angelica seed and sea alyssum.

Very clean gin on the nose, aromatic, smooth with well-integrated components, citrus tints and subtle juniper. Combines well with tonic tonics that are not too citrusy.
