Finca Vallejo Rueda

Verdejo variety selected in the field from our best vineyards located in the municipalities of Rueda, La Seca and Alaejos. With a night harvest we ensure that the grapes arrive at the winery in the best quality conditions. The grapes are pressed in a gentle and very controlled way to avoid unwanted extractions. The must obtained is taken to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. We seek at all times to promote and preserve the primary aromas typical of the variety.

Elegant pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromatic characteristics of tropical fruits, with citrus and herbaceous touches, such as fennel and boxwood. Freshness and persistence on the palate, which prolongs the fruity aftertaste, inviting us to continue tasting. Perfect to drink it alone or to accompany it with seafood, fish, even with exotic sauces.
