Celebrating the 10th anniversary of the winery, Manuel Formigo (Cholo) leaves us this surprise. Cholo X Aniversario is a blended wine from 2015. Made under the same criteria of maximum care in the vineyard and minimum treatment in the cellar. In 2016 he decided to keep a tank "to see what would happen". And after some hesitation he decided to release this magnificent wine. All his followers knew about the good evolution of his wines, and here he proves it. A lively, fresh wine, but with an aromatic and gustatory development that makes it even more flavoursome, long and complex. A wine that will not be repeated, you can not miss this opportunity. 667 bottles and 167 Magnum.

This wine was created as an "experiment" by Manuel Formigo to see how a wine aged in stainless steel tanks, he aged it for 20 months and the result is surprising. Only 667 bottles of 75 cl. and 167 magnums have been bottled.
