Albillo Criollo
Double cordon trellis plot located in front of the winery at an altitude of 850 m. in the municipality of Arafo. Manual selection and harvesting in 15 kg. boxes, destemming and light pressing in a pneumatic press. The must ferments at a temperature of 20 degrees with the grape's own yeast in a steel tank. Ageing in stainless steel tanks for 14 months. Bottling is done with a light clarification and filtering.
Although this winery has a centuries-old tradition, it was not until 1999 that it began bottling wines from the Güímar Valley under its own name. In the surroundings of the town of Arafo, in Tenerife, grows the Albillo criollo grape from which this expressive, fruity and balanced white wine is made.
