JM Labruyere Paradoxe
Prolonged aging on the lees more than 2 times longer than the rules of the appellation.
Golden color with pinkish and slightly coppery glints. The nose is powerful and complex, marked by notes of cherry and plum. It opens with aeration with notes of acacia, licorice and lightly toasted. The palate is elegant and structured with a beautiful tension that gives way to notes of red fruits, cherries, licorice and mint. Very persistent, warm finish with a touch of salinity.
