Remírez de Ganuza Reserva Blanco
Manual harvest in boxes of 12kg of grapes from vineyards of an average age of 60 years. The grapes are then placed in a cold store (4-6 degrees). Selected in tables and elaborated with the flower must (unpressed grape) extracted by means of a rotor tank. The wine has been kept with its lees for 9 months of ageing in new barrels. Batonage is used to achieve greater complexity by turning the barrels.
Color: Medium lemon green color; clean, bright and crystalline appearance.
Nose: It has a very fine and intense nose, with fresh notes of aromatic herbs, stone fruits and citrus fruits, all this on a fine dairy and delicate wood notes.
Palate: In the mouth it is tasty, with volume, balanced and fine structure. It has a long and fresh finish, with saline tips, spicy notes, accompanied by fine brushstrokes of creamy oak.
