Sustainable viticulture without the use of herbicides or pesticides. Selected vines over 60 years old in the village of La Aguilera, Burgos. Soil formed by loams, clays and limestone. Sandy clays. Hand packed in 12 kg boxes.
Bigarreau cherry red color. Sweet nose with hints of black fruit and spices. Enveloping on the palate. Balanced and persistent finish.
