Harvest by hand. The Tempranillo is destemmed and the Garnacha is not destemmed, it is vinified with stems and fermented with indigenous yeasts at a temperature below 25ºc to preserve freshness and fruit character.

Cherry red color with a cherry rim. Intense aromas of black fruit, blackberries and blueberries in jam, along with creamy notes of coffee and chocolate with a background of vanilla. Intense, round and silky on the palate with hints of black fruits, vanilla, toffee and coffee, with vanilla and licorice notes in the retronasal, with a very long finish.
