Zusslin Riesling Les Chapelles

The 2020 vintage saw a change in name from “Orschwir” and now becoming “Les Chapelles”, with reference to the three chapels found on these terroirs which the riesling grapes were planted on. This new name is to create an identity as “Oschwir” as a whole.

Since 1997, the estate has been run in its entirety according to the principles of Bio-Dynamic culture. The vines are mainly worked by hand and a significant amount of time is devoted to caring for the soil.
