Alta Alella GX Rosé

Rosé wine from organic farming made from Garnacha Negra and Garnacha Peluda grapes, selected and harvested exclusively for the production of rosé wine. The grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the free-run juice, which ferments in tanks at a low temperature.

Appearance: Pale pink lychee-coloured wine. Nose: remarkable aromatic intensity where aromas of fresh strawberries and citrus notes and rose petals stand out. Palate: fresh acidity and elegant entry, recalling floral and red fruit aromas. Crisp, fresh and very balanced, with a distinguished minerality and salinity.
