Thiénot Vintage 2012

A subtle balance of richness and finesse, our Vintage is the expression of the characters of the great years, captured in true Thiénot style. Thanks to the great care given to our grapes and to the ‘jetting’ method (where wine displaces oxygen at disgorgement), which we have been using for 10 years and of which we were pioneers, our wines need contain very low levels of sulfites.

The nose is open, marked by ripe yellow fruits, baked lemon, bergamot and cardamom. Attractive straw-coloured hue with golden reflections. The mouth is full-flavoured and balanced with an exquisite mousse. Remarkable length on the finish.
