Volador - Josep Grau

Calcareous clayey-calcareous and stony soils. Grapes from several vineyards between Marçá and Capçánes at an altitude of 350-450 metres. Average age of the vines between 17-35 years. Organic cultivation and manual labour. Harvest in 10 kg. boxes and immediate transport to the winery. Fermentation with part of the stems in 17700 litre cement vats. Indigenous yeasts or other oenological additives. Low temperature fermentation. Aged for 6 months in epoxy-lined cement vats. A lively, easy-drinking wine at a very reasonable price. Contains sulphites.
