Grapes from vineyards surrounding the winery in Marçá. Average age of the vines between 15-20 years. Organic cultivation and manual work. The grapes are harvested and go directly to a pneumatic press, which slowly extracts the best quality must for 6 hours. It ferments for 15 days in stainless steel tanks, and will remain in the same tanks for another 2 months to refine its aromas and structure, while retaining all the freshness of the vintage. Contains sulphites.
