Vespres Negre - Josep Grau

Plots between 25 and 70 years old in the municipalities of Marçà, Pla de Falset and Capçanes. Soils of different compositions, mostly stony, clayey and calcareous, and altitudes of 350-450 m. Organic farming. All work is carried out by hand. Harvest by hand in 10 kg crates. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement vats for 2 months, after which it is aged for 12 months in 2000 and 2500 litre foudres from the respected Austrian cooperage Stockinger. Production of 19,200 bottles. Contains sulphites.
