Grapes from a 6 hectare estate in the municipality of Marçá, planted more than 15 years ago. Decomposed granite soils that provide structure and finesse at the same time. Ecological cultivation. All work is carried out by hand. Harvest in 10 kg crates. Pressed for 6 hours and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and subsequent ageing for 6 months in cement vats. Contains sulphites.
