Soils of decomposed granite. Terraced vineyard in Partida les Comes, at an altitude of 450 m., exposed to the winds coming in from the sea. 100% decomposed granite soils with low water retention. Ecological cultivation. All work is carried out by hand. Pressed for 7 hours and fermented and aged in Austrian and German Stockinger oak foudres for 7 months on its fine lees. Contains sulphites.
