14 months in 2000 litre foudre. Calcareous clay soils. A wine from La Serra dAlmos, vineyards between 35-40 years old. Very low yields (3000-4000 kg/ha.). Ecological cultivation, harvesting in small boxes, triple selection of grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 2000 litre foudres and subsequent ageing for 14 months in the same Austrian oak foudres (Stockinger). At the end of the ageing process, a blend is made from different batches of its other 4 plot wines: Maimó, Rogers, Figuerals Garnatxa and Figuerals Carinyena. Contains sulphites.
