A wine from La Serra dAlmos, from a terraced plot at an altitude of 285 m above sea level and surrounded by forests, vineyards between 35-40 years old. Very low yields (3000-4000 kg/ha.). Ecological cultivation, harvest in small boxes, triple selection of grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 2000 litre foudres and subsequent ageing for 14 months in the same Austrian oak foudres (Stockinger). Unfiltered and unclarified. Contains sulphites.
