Altún

We ferment in 20,000 kg tanks, classified by soil type, and using a selection of our indigenous yeasts. The blend of these wines will be aged for 14 months.

Ageing: 14 months in 225 and 500L French oak barrels and concrete vats.

Colour: Bigarreau cherry, clean and bright.

Nose: Elegant aromas of ripe red and black fruits, with well-assembled oak nuances in the background.

Palate: A balanced, full-bodied wine on the palate, with round tannins and a long finish.
